Professional journey
Shamrock holds a degree in chemical engineering from China and once dreamed of working in a pharmaceutical company. However, things didn’t go as planned, and she became a project manager. She worked tirelessly in the office, feeling life had no meaning. She prayed, seeking God’s guidance on how she could better use her work to honor Him.
In her early 20s, she began experiencing health issues, which she ignored until 2 years later when her condition significantly impacted her life. She spent a lot of time and money, but doctors couldn’t offer much help and only suggested trying medication. In Mark 5:25-26, it says, “And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years, who had suffered much under many physicians and had spent all that she had and was no better but rather grew worse.” She deeply relates to and understands the frustration and exhaustion that can come from searching for healing without success. She prayed and searched online for alternative treatments. An article by Dr. Ni, an acupuncturist in the U.S., caught her attention. Dr. Ni, known as the “last hope” by patients in Florida, inspired her deeply. After reading his articles and watching his videos, she felt a spark inside her. She tried applying Dr. Ni’s methods to herself, and to her surprise, she fully recovered and discovered a new calling!
Whenever she heard of friends or colleagues who were ill, she used Dr. Ni’s methods to treat them for free, and they all recovered. She began to feel that becoming an acupuncturist was God’s answer to her prayers. Her family supported her decision, with her grandmother sharing her own story of healing: at 40, her grandmother was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and was told it was incurable. After a year of Chinese medicine treatment, her doctor said her survival was a miracle, and she lived into her 90s…
Encouraged by these stories, Shamrock returned to school, passed her exams, and earned her practitioner’s license. Now, Shamrock has been practicing for two years, helping many patients restore their health. She is committed to continuous study and case analysis, hoping to bring hope and a better quality of life to even more patients…
